Sahifa for Salla and Zid stores
Last updated: 26 September 2026
Sahifa makes PDF documents for your store's orders, in Arabic, English or both, with your logo and colour. It works inside your Salla or Zid dashboard. There is no separate account or password.
Getting started
On Salla
- Open the Salla App Store, find Sahifa and click Install.
- Approve the permissions. Sahifa can only read your orders and store details; it cannot change anything in your store.
- Open Sahifa from Apps in your Salla dashboard.
On Zid
- Open the Zid App Market, find Sahifa and click Activate.
- Choose a plan and approve the permissions.
- Sahifa opens inside your Zid dashboard. Later you find it under Apps → My apps → Sahifa.
Printing documents
- On the Orders tab, choose the dates and click Show orders.
- Tick the orders you want. The box at the top of the list ticks all of them.
- Choose the document type and click Print selected, or Print all for every order in the list.
- One PDF opens with one document per order. Print it or save it from your browser.
Up to 50 orders go into one PDF. For more, print them in several goes.
The document types
- Invoice: the order with prices, VAT and totals. If your platform has issued a tax invoice for the order, its number and ZATCA QR code are shown and the document is titled “Tax invoice”. Otherwise it is titled “Order summary”. See below.
- Packing slip: items, options and quantities without prices, with a tick box for each line, for your packing team.
- Receipt: confirms the payment of the order.
- Quotation: the same items and prices as an offer, for example for business customers.
- Gift receipt: items without any prices, with the gift message if there is one.
Invoice or order summary?
In Saudi Arabia, the official tax invoice is issued by your e-commerce platform and reported to ZATCA. Sahifa never makes up a tax QR code of its own.
- On Salla: when tax is enabled in your store and Salla has issued the tax invoice for the order, Sahifa shows its number and QR code.
- On Zid: Zid issues the tax invoice through its own Fatoora connection and does not share the QR code with apps, so Sahifa makes an order summary with your VAT number and the VAT totals. Your official tax invoice is still the one from Zid.
Settings
On the Settings tab you choose:
- Design: Modern, or Classic and Minimal in the paid plans;
- Document language: Arabic, English, or both side by side;
- Colour: your store's colour, or one you pick;
- Store logo and order notes: show or hide.
Changes are saved automatically. The buttons at the bottom show a preview of each document with a sample order. Previews do not count towards your monthly documents.
Your store name, logo, VAT number and commercial registration come from your store settings on the platform. To change them, change them there.
Plans
| Plan | Documents a month | Designs | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 30 | Modern | 0 SAR |
| Pro | 1,000 | all three | 29 SAR a month + VAT |
| Business | 20,000 | all three | 79 SAR a month + VAT |
One document is one order in one PDF. The count starts again on the first day of each month. The top of the Sahifa page shows how many you have used. You subscribe, upgrade and cancel on the app's page in the Salla App Store or the Zid App Market; the platform bills you, and Sahifa never sees your payment details.
Removing the app
On Salla, remove Sahifa from your installed apps; on Zid, click Deactivate under Apps → My apps. Sahifa's access to your store and your settings are deleted at once. The privacy notice for the store app has the details.
Common questions
No orders are shown
Check the dates: the list shows orders created between the two dates. Orders appear in Sahifa as soon as they appear in your dashboard.
The Arabic text looks wrong in the PDF
Please write to us with the order number. Sahifa uses Arabic fonts and right-to-left layout on its own server, so the PDF looks the same on every computer; if something is off, we want to fix it.
“This month's documents are used up”
Your plan's monthly allowance is reached. You can upgrade on the app's page in the App Store or App Market, or wait until the first of next month.
Support
Write to support@sahifa.dev with your store name and, if it is about a document, the order number. We usually answer within one working day, in Arabic or English.
