Who you are dealing with

This website, sahifa.dev, and the Sahifa API are operated by Yimello LLC, UAE Business Center, Al Messaned, United Arab Emirates, Trade License 243080201. Subscriptions purchased on this website are purchased from Yimello LLC.

The service

Sahifa is an API that converts HTML into PDF documents and web pages into screenshots. It is sold to businesses as a monthly subscription. Each plan includes a number of renders per month; one PDF or one screenshot counts as one render. Unused renders do not carry over to the next month. Requests above the monthly quota are refused until the next month begins, unless you move to a larger plan.

The free sandbox plan is for testing. Its files carry a watermark and it may be limited or withdrawn at any time.

Country of domicile and governing law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates.

Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Payment

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

Prices on this website are shown in Saudi riyals (SAR) as a monthly price, excluding VAT and other taxes, which are added where they apply. The amount charged to the card is the USD amount shown on the checkout page.

Card payments are processed by Telr on its own secure payment page. Card details are entered there and never pass through this website.

Sanctioned countries

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Age limit

Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Transaction records

Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and sahifa.dev policies and rules.

Confidentiality

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. This includes the API keys issued to the account: requests made with your key are treated as made by you. If a key may have been exposed, tell us and it will be replaced.

Payment confirmation and delivery

Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. In practice it is sent by Telr straight after payment, to the email address given on the order.

The API key for a paid plan is sent to the same email address within 1 business day of payment, counted in UAE business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). The plan starts on the day the key is sent.

Subscription period

A subscription runs for one month from the day the plan starts and is paid in advance. Each month is paid for separately. A card is charged automatically for the next month only if you have agreed to automatic renewal at checkout.

Cancellation policy

A subscription can be cancelled at any time. To cancel, write to support@sahifa.dev or call +971 50 750 9342. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, and no further payment is taken.

Cancelling does not refund the current month, and part-months are not refunded. This is stated on the pricing section and at checkout, and has to be accepted before payment.

Refund policy

A refund is given in full when:

• you ask for it within 7 days of the first payment for a plan, and fewer than 100 renders were made with the plan's key;
• the card was charged in error, or charged twice for the same month; or
• the service was unavailable for more than half of the paid month because of a fault on our side.

In all other cases payments are not refunded. To request a refund, write to support@sahifa.dev with the order number from the confirmation email.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to process unlawful content, to capture or convert content you have no right to use, to attempt to reach private or internal networks, to get around the limits of a plan, or to overload third-party websites. Keys used in this way may be suspended. Where we can, we will contact you first.

Your content

You keep all rights to the HTML, pages and documents you send. They are used only to produce the file you request, and neither they nor the result are stored after the response is sent. See the privacy notice for details.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. Planned maintenance is announced by email in advance where possible. Service levels beyond these terms apply only where agreed in writing.

To the extent permitted by the laws of the UAE, the liability of Yimello LLC for any claim in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the claim.
